A specialist international disputes firm based close to Farringdon is looking for a Legal PA to support a team of Partners and Associates. The firm is known for a genuinely brilliant working culture and offers a strong package including an excellent bonus incentive scheme.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Providing high level PA support to Partners and Associates within the disputes team

• Extensive diary and inbox management, travel coordination and expenses

• Document production, formatting and proofreading of correspondence and case materials

• Organising meetings, calls and international travel across time zones

• Liaising with clients and counsel in a professional and discreet manner

• General administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the team

WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience as a Legal PA, ideally within disputes, litigation or arbitration but the firm are flexible

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

• A proactive, calm and confidential approach

• Strong written communication and attention to detail

• Someone who thrives in a fast paced, high performing team environment
