About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• •Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to a team of leading litigators
• •Managing busy diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
• •Preparing legal documentation, correspondence, and court bundles with exceptional attention to detail
• •Handling billing, expense claims, and document management
• •Liaising with clients and colleagues in a professional, proactive manner

Requirements

• •Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within litigation but the firm are flexible
• •Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
• •Strong communication skills and a proactive, professional approach
• •High proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
