A prestigious law firm based in Holborn is seeking an experienced and highly professional Reception Coordinator to join their Front of House team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a collaborative, client-focused environment, supporting the Reception & Client Services Manager to ensure an exceptional experience for all visitors and clients.
Greeting clients and visitors in a warm, professional, and polished manner Managing the reception diary and meeting room bookings efficiently Ensuring all meeting rooms are perfectly prepared for meetings and events Handling incoming calls promptly and courteously Supporting the Reception & Client Services Manager with team coordination and operational excellence
You’ll be a confident communicator, immaculately presented, and thrive in a busy, client-facing role where attention to detail and professionalism are key.
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in professional services — such as law, finance, consultancy, or similar — who understands the importance of first impressions and seamless client service. Previous legal sector experience would be beneficial, but it’s by no means essential.
