This firm are hiring a Senior Manager to join a high-performing global Practice Enablement & Adoption team, working at the intersection of legal practice, innovation, change, and technology.
Build strong relationships with lawyers and practice groups Lead process mapping, workflow design and continuous improvement projects Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions and requirements gathering Evaluate legal tech and efficiency tools, supporting pilots and roll-outs Develop adoption strategies, training plans and engagement programmes Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders Act as a trusted advisor on operational efficiency, practice support and innovation Collaborate with global teams across IT, Knowledge, Risk, BD and Change Monitor market trends and propose forward-thinking solutions
Background in a law firm, legal operations, legal technology, or consulting Strong experience in process improvement, legal tech, or change/adoption Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and credibility with senior leaders Ability to translate legal work into process flows, opportunities and solutions Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills Experience supporting Corporate, Finance, Litigation or Private Client practices (advantageous) A proactive mindset, resilience and the ability to influence at all levels
